Mixed Feelings About Airport Hotel
stuffy roomlack of glasses
The room, a double room, felt stuffy, even after I adjusted the thermostat. It made for an UNCOMFORTABLE night. I also found it odd that there were no glasses in the room. I had to use paper cups from the lobby for water. These little things detracted from the overall experience. Especially after a long flight.

The hotel room included extra space for luggage. i enjoyed the free coffee and juice machines in the lobby all day. dinner options were available at the cafe. I could take it to my room. WiFi was fast so i could even play video games.
the hotel seemed quiet at first BUT the person next door woke me up at 2:30am. hanging up clothes sounded like they were IN my room. i had to wait for them to settle before i could sleep.

the staff was very friendly. they were ready to help at anytime. i checked in very late and they greeted me with a smile. no language barrier was present and staff helped as much as possible.

breakfast provided several good options. traditional spanish tortilla was available. coffee, tea, and water were free and available 24/7. you can purchase adapters and cords for your devices from the coffee or snack machine.

The room size was sufficient, though a bit more space would be welcome. daily bedding service meant a consistently tidy space. A small tip felt right for the staff. breakfast offered a complete selection, meeting all my needs. the breakfast crew responded helpfully to requests, providing items that were running low specifically for us.
the window felt slightly insecure, not closing entirely. the surrounding area seemed adequate, not really the city's highlight, though it's understandable for an airport location.
